We are a member of GFWC, the world's oldest women's commumity service organization. Our club is a member of the GFWC Florida Federation, GFWC Southern Region, GFWC-FL District 7.

Our members receive the GFWC and FFWC Clubwoman included in their annual $45 dues, payable in September (or upon joining).
The club year runs January through December.

Our club was formed in June 2005 and accepted into GFWC-FL in September 2005 at the Fall Business meeting held in Orlando.

The club won a $500 grant from Farfand to provide seeds and materials to the Share the Harvest Community Garden in 2007. This was awarded to the club at the International Convention held in Philadelphia.

The club supports the Share the Harvest Garden with Cents for Seeds, a watering can to collect loose change during meetings.

Other charitable projects are funded through the Brag Fund. Members donated $1 to share a brag wtih the club from thanking someone, to a good doctor's report, to grandchildren achieving a goal, to just being glad to be a member.

Members collect new and used children's books to place at a local laudromat to encourage reading. The books are labeled as donated by the Club and the child is encouraged to take the book home. Several of our guest speakers have assisted with the acquisition of books for this projects as their children outgrow their books.

We have had speakers on safety, the new CPR techniques, several authors and artists, an international Habitat for Humanity employee, and speakers from abuse shelters and homes for unwed young teens.

The club donated 100 pairs of spa slippers to a local church making clothing and personal hygene items gift bags for victims of domestice violence to use when their colthing is confiscated.

Our members participate in many other volunteer opportunities within The Villages and bring us news of ways in which we can help.
